Shipping & Returns
If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied, you can return any item in its original condition for a refund or an exchange. If you have any questions about our return procedure, please don't hesitate to contact us.
If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return it within the first 30 days of shipment for a full refund or exchange - we even pay for the return shipping. Free returns only apply to U.S customers and are limited to three per customer. Please note: There will be a $50 re-polishing fee if an engraved item is returned. To return an item, simply follow the Return Procedures listed below:
Login to your account. From my account page click on completed orders and click return item(s).
Advise us that you wish to return your order.
Within one business day of your return request we will email you a pre-paid, fully insured USPS 2-Day label, along with instructions on how to safely and securely package your items.
Take your order and the label to the nearest USPS location and simply mail it back to us!
Your order should arrive in our office in two business days (excludes weekends and holidays).
All refunds will be processed within two business days and done in the form of the original purchase method. Bank wires will be refunded via company check.
All Clearance/Deal items are Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable No exceptions. Please pay careful attention when ordering these items.
Improperly packaged items:
Items sent to our office without a order number, packages shipped beyond the 30-day return period, and packages that are improperly packaged or uninsured will be refused receipt.
Damaged and Used Items:
Returned merchandise must be undamaged and in "new and unused condition." Items showing obvious signs of wear or alteration by a jeweler other than GIACOBBE & CO will not be accepted.
Loose Diamonds must be accompanied by the original laboratory grading report or a $150 charge will be assessed to replace the certificate.
Eternity bands and tension rings:
Eternity bands and tension rings usually cannot be resized and must be completely re-manufactured.
Once you drop off your return at USPS, please allow 2-3 business days for your return to reach our warehouse.

* International orders do not include DUTY TAX on your orders however your countries may to charge you DUTY TAX on your order. in those cases, Millennial Jewelers is not responsible for the DUTY. The DUTY is your responsibility. If you fail to pay your DUTY TAX your countries my send us the TAX bill in those cases we will charge the amount of DUTY TAX bill to your credit card.
* Orders from Millennial Jewelers are usually processed within 24 hours unless it is stated on the Description tab
* All Delivery times are Monday through Friday not including Saturday and Sunday
* Signature is Required For Delivery's over $100, regardless of any waivers you have from USPS.
* All packages are fully insured so you don’t need to be concerned with a lost package.
* We will ship orders under $10,000 to APO and FPO addresses via USPS priority mail. The arrival times listed are for U.S. addresses and do not generally apply to APO and FPO addresses.
Shipments Are Insured
* We fully insure each order all the way to you. That means that when your order is in transit to you, shipment is always risk-free. For added security, it is our policy that a signature is required for all Millennial Jewelers orders over $100.00, regardless of any signature waivers you may have with USPS, FedEx.or UPS.
Alternate Shipping Addresses
* If you prefer, we can ship your order to an address other than your billing address. As a security precaution, we require that your alternate shipping address be on file with your credit card company. This step helps protect you from fraudulent charges to your credit card.
* Currently, sales tax is only collected on orders shipped to addresses in New Mexico
*Online Returns do not apply to the following items:
- International returns.
- Non-USD currencies.
- Item(s) shipped over 30 days ago.
- Individual purchases over $500.
- Exchanges, repairs, or resizing.
- Items that became damaged or defective after delivery.
- Engraved items
*Single Jewelry Items $500 or More:
Please call a GIACOBBE & CO Jewelry Consultant at 1 800-655-4206, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for individual items over $500, and items for exchange, repair, resize, or to report damage or defect. These cannot be set up online and require assistance. We recommend that you securely package your items in original packing materials, fully insured. We are not responsible for lost or stolen articles.
